Can I see the property?

A: You must apply and qualify for the property before we show any listings

 

 

What do you charge for applications?

A: We do not charge for any applications.

 

Who all needs to apply on the applications?

A: Anyone over the age of 18 needs to fill out an application for the property.

 

What are your qualifications for renting a property?

A: You will need to turn in an application for anyone 18 and older.

We will call previous landlord references, verify our income source and level: your legal monthly income should be at least 3 times the amount of net income, Pull a credit report for each applicant: we use this as a history of honoring contractual agreements and paying bills on time, and 2 months proof of income.

 

Do you take Section 8?

A: Applicants participating in housing assistance programs, including section 8, are welcome to apply. All applicants must meet the same screening criteria and qualification guidelines outlined above. Approved housing assistance will be considered as part of the applicant’s total income for qualification purposes. 

 

What utilities are paid for?

Landlord pays water, trash and pest control.

Tenant pays for electric and gas

 

Do you allow pets in your properties?

Only approved dog breeds are permitted in the rental properties. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to move-in. (A $25 monthly pet deposit per pet is required.) (A pet deposit is required per animal). Tenants must maintain current pet insurance and provide proof of coverage each month upon request. Failure to comply may result in lease violation.
